Site Insight Digital Twin Leak Risk Reporting

Locate emissions in your plant via an intuitive and context rich 3-dimensional reality capture reporting interface.
Perform intuitive visual trend analysis over time for each monitoring point through interactive comparative data.

Accessing detailed reports from within a contextually rich collaboration user interfaces provides substantial additional value for money.
Some clients hardly ever come in contact with their assets because of where the point of interest is located.
Our services involve observation, interpretation and communication of the condition of a point of interest on an asset that is often out of reach or hardly gets visited.
Often, the AISS report is the bridge between the asset and our client because they are not in a position to go and “have a look” themselves
For these reasons, detailed AISS survey reports and our CupixWorks project collaboration interface provides the qualitative and quantitative link to the asset and the visual context necessary to make informed asset management decisions.
Interactive data management

Repair Action Priority Assessments (RAPA)

We collaborate with our clients to develop and deploy Asset Integrity Survey Programs that enable compliance with leak risk management Regulations, Codes Of Practice, Standards & Company Policies.
We collaborate to save hundreds of man hours in leak risk data management.
We engage through context rich qualitative and quantitative asset integrity information interfaces.
We engage with regulators on your behalf with responses to safety and process critical asset condition threshold exceedance.
Maximise return on investment (ROI) and minimise gas leak risk asset productivity through AIS Leak Risk Management programs.
Implement leak rate quantification and performance deterioration monitoring programs that measure and track leak volume, compare trends against integrity regulations, codes of practice & standardands.
Use agreed threshold criteria to plan cost effective, targeted remedial maintenance activity.

Fugitive Emissions Reduction Programs
AIS leak risk management programs are used as the foundation for a regulated fugitive emissions reduction program.
Regulatory compliance.
AIS gas leak detection and risk management programs enable regulatory compliance through a combination of monitoring technologies, proven work-flow processes and custom designed leak risk management software.
Collectively, these capabilities enable AIS clients to demonstrate compliance with a range of regulatory obligations covering;
Environmental Compliance Regulations:
-
Methane & hydrocarbon gas emissions regulations.
-
Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) gas emissions regulations
-
Co2 Equivalent emissions reporting requirements.
Volatile Organic Compound Gas Leak Surveys

AIS Gas Leak Detection And Risk (LDAR) Management Surveys are used to;
-
Detect, Quantify and Report VOC leaks from critical process equipment.
-
We use intrinsically safe portable Toxic Vapour Analysers and monitoring procedures that enable us to accurately locate and quantify a range of Volatile Organic Compound Gasses.
-
Common VOCs include acetone, benzene, ethylene glycol, formaldehyde, methylene chloride, perchloroethylene, toluene and xylene. Different VOCs have different health effects, and range from those that are highly toxic to those with no known health effect

Site Specific Reporting Protocols

Prevent compliance breaches and minimise leak risk by communicating asset condition information via Internal and external leak notification logic that is customised to your compliance protocols.
AIS LDAR survey technologies and methodologies can detect anomalies outside the target monitoring zone

This enables identification and reporting of process integrity improvement opportunities on equipment that may not form part of the primary survey scope of work.
Auto scheduling and execution of follow-up surveys after remedial activity to validate the effectiveness of targeted repairs.
AIS Leak Risk Management Process
An Asset Integrity Survey services LDAR monitoring program delivers qualitative and high-resolution quantitative gas emissions data at an appropriate frequency to manage process equipment condition and associated emissions risks in accordance with optimum work schedules, costs and underlying regulatory requirements.
