Turbine package leak surveys as part of scheduled asset integrity management programs.

Leak surveys are performed while the package is online.

This means zero interruption to your gas compression or power generation.

We detect, validate, quantify, tag, risk assess and report all leaks from fuel gas process components around and inside the turbine package enclosure. 

Potential leak sources surveyed include.

• Valve stem glands,

• Threaded connections,

• Flanged connections,

• Instrument tube fittings, and

• Leaks across closed valves for lockout-tag-out isolations.

The AIS LRM SiteView reporting and collaboration interface provides visual context of process risk associated with a leak through an interactive virtual tour of the leak location.
