• Collaborate by inviting authorised users (project managers and sub-contractors) with layered security and user rights.

• Point to an asset through an immersive 360 degree Site-View as if you are actually walking onsite. A collaborative visual environment where all project participants are always “on the same page” by being able to visualise the asset “as-is" 

• Delegate tasks and activities for all collaborators by attaching In-Scene context rich asset condition annotations linked to external information resources. (No need to describe a task site location by relying on your memory of when you visited the site or old school 2-D limited perspective photos that lack surrounding context.)

• Validate completion of delegated activities through in-scene annotation status updates.

• Report asset attribute status in PDF, MS-Excel or CSV format through data export to conventional project management or enterprise resource management applications.

Custom built data capture technology platforms

We have the internal resources to develop, test and deploy our own (or for our clients) customised data capture systems to suit a variety of hazardous and difficult industrial environments.

To date we have successfully developed, proven and deployed custom built remote operated vehicles (ROV’s) for confined space asset surveys and custom drones to survey assets located out of reach locations.

Our Value Added Workflow

 We deliver all 5 core activities required for a successful visual condition based asset management program:

• 1) Monoscopic or Stereoscopic image or video capture of the asset (10 Square Meters to 100,000 square meters)

• 2) Data delivery via stand-alone single user interface or secure web based collaboration Site-View user interface 

• 3) Design and integration of scene or object annotation forms to capture and report asset attributes by various sub-trades (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Utilities, Regulators, etc..)

• 4) Follow-up 3D & 360 Degree image or video capture of the asset to enable management of change over time.

• 5) Host & Facilitate remote web based collaboration and project management of all sub contractor activities required over the asset lifecycle
